What DrukFin does

DrukFin records your business expenses and receipts and reports how complete those records are for a GST period. It is a record-keeping tool. It does not file returns, give tax advice, or act as your accountant.

You review, DrukFin assists

Details read from a receipt — vendor, amount, date, GST — are a suggestion. You confirm every expense before it is saved, and anything the extraction is unsure about is flagged for review. Figures on any screen, including GST readiness, are estimates drawn from what you have entered. Check them against your receipts and your own records before you rely on them.

No liability for accounting outcomes

We are not liable for accounting errors, misclassified expenses, missed deadlines, penalties, interest, or any loss arising from figures produced by DrukFin or from data you entered. Responsibility for what you file, and for the accuracy of your records, remains yours. Confirm anything material with a qualified accountant or with the Department of Revenue and Customs.

Your account

You sign in with Google. Keep that account secure — anyone who can use it can see your records. Do not upload material you have no right to share. We may suspend an account used unlawfully.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as is, without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Features may change. If we change these terms materially we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.
